Becoming A Client
Learn
Choosing to work with a financial advisor is a complex decision. We'll begin with a 30 minute phone call to learn more about you and your family. You can schedule yours by contacting us here. During our discussion, it would be helpful for you to share an overview of your current assets and personal financial goals. We will offer an overview of our practice and the value we can offer in helping shape a path forward.
Gather
After the brief phone call, we'll determine if arranging a consultation at our offices in downtown Maplewood makes sense. Prior to the consult, we will ask you to provide current investment account statements, bank statements and other financials to help our team of wealth advisors and financial planners prepare. These documents can be securely uploaded to our portal here.
First Meeting
At our first meeting, we'll listen carefully to your concerns and aspirations for your family's financial future. We'll share an in-depth overview of our firm, our services, and fees. We'll discuss how we can help you navigate the vast array of decisions ahead and clarify your options. Consultations usually last between 60-90 minutes. While we prefer to have you visit our office in person, we can accommodate virtual consultations as needed.
Second Meeting
After gaining an understanding of your overall financial goals, we'll present a customized investment proposal to manage your assets. In addition, we'll share a framework for a comprehensive financial plan for your family.
Transition
Once you have decided to engage with us, we'll arrange a signing meeting where you officially begin the process of becoming a client at The GenWealth Group. Next, we'll begin to seamlessly transition your assets to our management. We handle all aspects of the transition from start to finish. We'll implement your financial plan as agreed and continually monitor the portfolio seeking to ensure it's optimally positioned for prevailing market conditions.
